Privacy Policy
Effective and last updated: October 12, 2026
1. Who We Are and What This Policy Covers
Vera Digital Centers (“we”, “us”) presents investment opportunities that combine industrial real estate (data centers) with Bitcoin mining. We are part of Vera Group, a group of affiliated companies based in Florida. The address shown on our Contact page is 1895 Tyler St, STE 404, Hollywood, FL 33020.
This policy explains what personal information we collect through vdcenters.com and www.vdcenters.com (the “Site”), how we use it, who receives it, and the choices you have. It also covers the messages and requests that start on the Site. It does not cover other websites we link to, including other Vera Group sites, which have their own policies.
Use of the Site is also governed by our Terms of Use. Questions about this policy: info@vdcenters.com.
2. Information We Collect
Information you give us
We collect what you enter in the Site's two forms: the form on our Contact page and the Get Started window. Depending on the form, this may include:
- Contact details: your name, email address and phone number. The phone number is required in the Get Started window and optional on the Contact page.
- Details of your request: on the Contact page, the inquiry type you choose (investing, media inquiry or general question) and your message; in the Get Started window, your company name, if you give it.
- With each form, which form you used and the address of the page you sent it from.
A form sends what you entered only when you press Send Message (Contact page) or Submit (Get Started window). We do not collect what you type into a form before you send it.
The Site has no user accounts. Its investor sign-in page is not connected to an account system: what you type there is not sent to us or anyone else. The investor dashboard page shows sample data and holds no information about you.
Information collected automatically
- Request data our host, Vercel, receives each time your browser loads a page or file of the Site: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, language, the page requested, the referring page and the time.
- When you send a form, the Site sends it to our server (a Vercel function), which forwards only the form fields to our CRM; the CRM does not receive your IP address or browser data (see Communications Through This Site).
- Cookie and browser-storage data: your cookie choices and whether you closed a promotion on the home page (see Cookies and Similar Technologies).
We do not use analytics or advertising tools on the Site.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To answer your request and give you information about our investment opportunities: contact you, send the information you ask for, and schedule calls.
- To keep records of our communications with you.
- To protect the Site and its users: block spam, bots and fraud, keep the Site secure and fix errors.
- To comply with the law, respond to lawful requests, and establish or defend legal claims.
We do not use your personal information for a purpose that is unrelated to or incompatible with these purposes unless we first ask for and receive your consent.
4. Providers and Other Recipients
These organizations receive personal information through the Site:
| Provider | What it does | Data | Where processed | When it loads or receives data |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Vercel Inc. | Hosts the Site | Request data (IP address, browser, page, referring page, time) | United States; worldwide edge network | Every page request |
| Bitrix24 CRM at crm.veragrp.com, self-hosted by VERA GRP LLC on servers of JSC Timeweb | Our customer-relationship system: records requests and follow-up | Name, email address, phone number, company, message, inquiry type, the form and page used | Russia (Saint Petersburg) | When you press Send Message or Submit; the Site sends the form to our server (a Vercel function), which forwards it to the CRM |
Each provider handles data under its own terms and privacy policy, which can differ from ours. No other third party is contacted by the Site.
We may also disclose personal information when the law requires it, for example in response to a subpoena or other legal process, or when needed to establish or defend legal claims.
Links to other websites
On wide screens, the home page shows promotions for the Vera Group Partner Portal (veragrp.com) and the Nick Polyushkin Training Center (nickprorealty.com). They are plain links: their logos are served by our Site, and nothing is sent to those sites until you click. Those sites, and any other site we link to, are governed by their own privacy policies.
6. Communications Through This Site
Forms
When you press Send Message on the Contact page or Submit in the Get Started window, the Site sends what you entered, with the name of the form and the address of the page you are on, to our server (a Vercel function), which forwards it to our CRM (Bitrix24 at crm.veragrp.com), stored in Russia (see Providers and Other Recipients). Nothing is sent before you press the button. Our staff read it to answer you.
As the note next to each form's button says, we may contact you about your request by email, phone call or text message at the details you give. You can ask us to stop at any time by writing to info@vdcenters.com.
Session recording
We do not use session-recording tools, which record mouse movements, clicks, scrolling or typing to replay a visit.
7. Sale and Sharing of Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising, and have not done so in the past 12 months. The Site has no advertising pixels or tags. The Marketing category in Cookie Settings has nothing behind it.
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.
8. Your U.S. State Privacy Rights
Some state privacy laws give residents rights over their personal information, depending on where they live and whether the law applies to a business of our size and type. Where applicable law gives you these rights, you can use them as described below.

Verification
We verify a request by matching what you give us with what we hold, for example by replying to the email address in our records. A request to delete, or for specific pieces of information, needs a closer match. We use what you give us for verification only for that purpose, and we will not ask for a Social Security number or account password. If we deny the appeal, we will tell you how to submit a complaint to your state attorney general.
California “Shine the Light”
California residents may ask once a year what personal information we disclosed to third parties for their own direct-marketing purposes (Cal. Civ. Code §1798.83). We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct-marketing purposes without your consent. To ask, write to info@vdcenters.com with “Shine the Light” in the subject.
